Jonathan attended the opening of the £3 million V4 Wood Flooring design centre.

The innovative and exciting ‘V4 World’ design centre will allow the company to showcase its luxury flooring products and wall panels to customers, architects, specifiers and designers in settings that demonstrate how the products can give homes the wow-factor.

The company, a Woking success story, which currently has a turnover circa £12million, is targeting growth to £20million over the next three years.

The business has ambitious plans to open a showroom in Clerkenwell, which is renowned for being the home of trendy design centres, followed by a centre in the North of England, with Manchester an option under consideration.

The new centres will support the dealer network with a wider range of large samples for customers to view and product training facilities, including the fitting of the various floor and wall products.

Investment is also being made to upgrade the ordering process for its network of retailers, offering 24-hour online ordering with instant access to stock levels and new products are planned for launch during 2019.

Recently, V4 Wood Flooring managing director Chris Vincent was named as one of the country’s top business leaders in a prominent report.  LDC named Chris as ‘One to Watch’ in this year’s Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders programme, supported by The Telegraph.

Chris said: “I was proud to show Mr Lord around the new design centre. Its opening of is the culmination of several years hard work by the whole team. Despite an uncertain economy and ongoing Brexit issues we pushed forward and showed our confidence in our business by continuing with the significant investment.

“The new design centre will enhance the customer experience with visitors able to see our full range in person with the eye-catching layout, alongside cutting-edge technology, helping them visualise how our products can totally transform the look of a home.

“Our expert staff will be on hand to give advice about the best products for their bespoke project as well as information being available to locate retailers.”

Jonathan commented: “I was very impressed with the new design centre and to learn of the success of the company over recent years.  V4 has ambitious yet achievable plans for sustainable future growth and I wish them every good fortune in making that vision a reality.”

V4 Wood Flooring was established in 2001 by entrepreneur Chris Vincent and his older brother, Nathan Vincent.

Based in Woking, Surrey, the family-run business has four warehouses that amount to 35,000 sq. ft and employs 40 members of staff.
