Information and advice

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) advises against all travel to Ukraine, Russia and Belarus. British nationals should leave Ukraine immediately if they judge it is safe to do so.

Guidance on support available to Ukrainian nationals and their family members.

For anyone wanting to contact loved ones in Ukraine, BT, EE and O2 have been making calls, texts and data to and from the region free or have been removing roaming charges. But please DO check with your phone provider for ongoing details of such schemes.

A wide range of charities and NGOs are operating in the region to provide humanitarian aid.
