Jonathan was recently delighted to attend the 2023 CREST Awards. Following their inauguration with the hugely successful CREST21 Awards, they have become established as an annual event and are Surrey’s first awards uniquely aimed at celebrating business sustainability.
Jonathan had the pleasure to meet with the Surrey Representative of the Federation of Small Businesses alongside local #Woking small businesses and discussed the challenges that many local businesses are facing.

Jonathan Lord MP had the privilege and honour of attending Woking's "Stand With Ukraine" gathering in Jubilee Square on Friday, marking the anniversary of the illegal invasion of Ukraine and the dreadful year of conflict and hardship that has ensued for the Ukrainian people.
Jonathan Lord MP has welcomed news that there are 40 more doctors, nurses and other patient care staff working in general practice in Woking. This includes roles such as dispensers, health care assistants, phlebotomists, pharmacists, physiotherapists, podiatrists, therapists and others.
