Jonathan attends liver disease event in Parliament

Jonathan has attended a liver disease event in Parliament hosted by the British Liver Disease Trust, and has since asked the Secretary of State for Heath and Social Care the following questions:

 

Update regarding flood risk in the Woking area

Unfortunately, due to the rainfall which is forecast to fall in already saturated catchments, there is potential for flooding within the Woking area over the next few days. The Environment Agency are closely monitoring the situation and will provide further information to Jonathan in due course.

An update from Jonathan about the RMT strike

Jonathan believes that the current strikes taking place on South Western Railway are completely unnecessary and a disgraceful disruption of services to all those train users who rely on them.

St Dunstan's petition on climate change

Members of St Dunstan's parish, CAFOD volunteer Audra Schlachter, Father Simon Hall, and Jenny Finlayson, community coordinator for CAFOD, recently met with Jonathan Lord the Member of Parliament for Woking.
